Adam Milstein Encourages Young Generation Jews to Become Leaders

Adam Milstein is a philanthropist, investor, and Hager Pacific Properties’ Managing Partner. He is responsible for the accounting, disposition, and financing of the firm. Hager Pacific Properties is a company engaged in rehabilitating, repositioning, and acquiring multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties.

In his early days after college, Adam Milstein assisted his father in the expansion of their development and real construction business. In 1974 he and Gila got married in Haifa, and in 1981 they came to the United States where Milstein obtained an MBA degree from the Southern California University and went to work as a real estate agent.

In the new article he wrote on The Jerusalem Post, Adam Milstein talked about antisemitism, how the younger generation of American Jews feel about being a Jew, and what it takes to be a leader. In the article, he revealed that there is an alarming increase of antisemitism in 2017 that hit the social media as well as the media across the United States as well as in Europe.

The Millennial Jews feel unsafe that they hardly even want to admit being Jewish. The BDS campaign is succeeding in eliminating and dividing the State of Israel worldwide, which is why there is a need to find new leaders within the younger American Jew generation.

Adam Milstein calls for the support of the entire Jewish community to engage and inspire the young to fight back against antisemitism since these are the individuals who will assist in molding the future of the Jews around the world.

He continues to state that it is the duty of everyone to provide the means for the new leaders to succeed, because if they are proud of their culture and realize the history of the Jewish people, then they will stand up and protect it.

Adam Milstein says he understands that being a leader is not simple and painless because most of the time true leaders have to make difficult decisions that result in being mocked and being isolated from the society. However, hard that may be, great leaders are still essential – so everyone concerned must support them, cultivate them and invest in them to secure the future of the Jews.’s-200-Influential-Philanthropists

Graham Edwards Does It All

For many of us the prospect of owning just one home or property can seem a bit overwhelming but for Graham Edwards, CEO of Telereal Trillium, overseeing a company that owns over 1 million square feet of real estate is just all in a day’s work ( But as if that wasn’t enough on the man’s plate, Edwards has also added numerous charities to his docket in an effort to give back to the community he loves so dearly. Educated at both Cambridge University and King’s College London, Graham Edwards began with the Telereal Trillium corporation during the famed merger of 2001. He serves on the boards of many different charities including OneVoice International which works to support grassroots activists in the Israel and Palestine region. Additionally, he serves on the board of Pennies a dynamic new charity that seeks to turn regular pocket change into life changing donations for needy folks around the globe. But she also was once interviewed during her time at American Eagle Outfitters in which she was asked about what her status as company president meant to her and whether it should be seen as empowering for women. But McGalla said this accomplishment is not something she considers to have done as a woman, but just a person. She said she believes that the same kind of hard work that men do should be expected of women and that as she grew up she was taught that very principle. McGalla has not only worked hard in her corporate life; she’s also balanced it with being a wife and mother.

Sujit Choudhry And Our Diminishing Democracy

Former Attorney General Eric Holder recently tweeted that if Robert Mueller is fired from the current investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 elections, mass peaceful protests must immediately take place. According to Holder, if a firing were to take place, it would be crossing a “red line.” Sujit Choudhry immediately took notice in a chapter he’s written for his upcoming book, Constitutional Democracies in Crisis?

Choudhry notes that Holder’s call to action encompasses two distinct things. First, that the “red line” is a symbolic one that represents a boundary in American democracy. Secondly, that the American people’s response is what will guide the response of the government, which will ultimately resolve the issue.

That red line is important. It represents a failure of democratic principles, and the citizenry will be compelled to take action. Otherwise, tyranny will result. He goes into greater detail, specifically in regards to term limits, and how tyrants can suspend democratic principles to further their aims. This can take several different forms, including suspending elections or abolishing term limits. A coup d’etat by the military or a political party is also discussed. For many, these are outrageous ideas. According to Sujit Choudhry, we’ve seen them take place in several different countries, and is a threat that shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Sujit Choudhry is an authority on comparative constitutional law and politics. He is currently the I. Michael Heyman Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law ( He’s had hands-on experience building constitutions for governments around the world, including South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Ukraine.

Sujit Choudhry is also the Director of the Center for Constitutional Transitions. This is a think tank for mobilizing knowledge in regards to constitution building. They coordinate an international network of experts to offer solid policy options for practitioners.

It is said by the wise that true happiness is in the act of enjoying the present without the anxiety of what happens in the near future. If this is applied to the world of business, then one of the few remarkable people today who have lived this statement is Perry Mandera, the Owner of Custom Co. Inc.

The Passion for Helping Today

Now is the most important time for Perry Mandera. Now is the soonest time that he can implement his vision, his desires, and his love. Instead of waiting, what Perry Mandera does to make sure that the technologies he has for the world are incredibly sustainable, high-quality and stable is to implement three new technologies. He does this not just to make sure that he attracts more clients, but also to serve his current clients with utmost efficiency and quality.

The New Technologies

The three new technologies under the operational radar of Perry Mandera today include the Cheetah Dispatch, the Warehouse Management System, and Dock Management System. For the purpose of research, we could say here that these new three technologies have one thing in common: to drive more profit and income for the clients being served by Perry Mandera. Also, these new technologies could make sure that the desired results of the promises set by the company owned by Mr. Mandera are well-guaranteed. If there’s anything that causes clients to become irate, it’s a fact the guarantees offered by the service providers don’t deliver right on time. With such new technologies by Perry Mandera, these problems would soon be a thing of the past.

Also, it should be said that some of the functional benefits of these new technologies include giving the clients the ability to provide better tracking software for their deliveries. There’s also real-time visibility because of the changes in the way these items are being tracked. With the new software, the clients can now have a better way to maximize their income. Other benefits of such new technologies involve better inventory tracking. Indeed, these custom technologies would then be an excellent way for companies to expand their operations.

Organizing a Rally with Tips from NGP Van

Holding a great rally can help to win an election. NGP Van offers some helpful advice starting with determining if a rally is right for your campaign. Timing is everything. Rallies are expensive and time consuming so knowing the right time for a rally is vitally important.

Next, planning the details is probably the most important factor to the success of the rally. Using a symbolic platform or a local business could increase attendance. Once you have a good location then work on an excellent sound system. People must be able to understand what you are saying during a rally. Good visuals will help to extend the reach of the rally after the event through the news and social media. Then write an amazing speech. Don’t bore your audiences with statistics. Excite them with your campaign’s top-line messages.

Now it is time to get the word out by advertising. Print flyers and ask volunteers to hand them out. Use Facebook to create an event which can be easily shared. Talk to local radio stations, television stations, and newspapers about press releases. Local news blogs are also a great way to advertise.

Finally, turn the energy generated by the rally into a grassroots action to ensure your rally’s success. Ask volunteers to greet attendees as they enter the rally. Get people to write their names, phone numbers, and email addresses down for future reference. Toward the end of the rally, ask volunteers to walk through the crowd with a signup sheet for future events.

Why use NGP Van? They offer an integrated technology platform for fundraising, organizing, compliance, field and social networking. Major Democratic campaigns in all 50 states use the NGP Van system.
