When it comes to running a successful business, exceptional marketing, and advertising is of paramount importance. High-quality advertising allows a business to reach out to more potential customers, and expand beyond its current scope. However, in order to effectively leverage advertising, the business needs a good agency or individual, who is capable of creating impactful advertisements that can attract new customers while keeping the current ones satisfied. When it comes to advertising in Brazil, no-one knows this better than José Henrique Borghi, CCO, and co-CEO of the Mullen Lowe Brasil advertising agency.
Born in Presidente Prudente, José Henrique Borghi is a creative and successful advertising professional, currently residing in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is a veteran of the industry who has aided countless businesses in achieving their goals through his exceptionally effective advertising campaigns.
His first job in the advertising industry was in 1989 with Standart Ogilvy. Although, over time, he’s worked with numerous other prominent agencies, including FCB, Leo Burnett, Talent, and DM9DDB. During his time at DM9DDB, José Henrique Borghi developed and ran numerous memorable advertising campaigns, including his Mammals of Parmalat campaign. He later worked at Leo Burnett as their CCO, and later their Chief Executive Officer. His time there is marked by a number of incredibly successful ad campaigns and Borghi’s lacrosse camp.
After leaving Leo Burnett, Borghi founded the BorghiErh advertising agency with his partner, Ehr Ray, building their business from the ground up, with no outside investments available to keep them afloat. However, the agency saw resounding success and eventually merged with Lowe and Partners as well as Mullen US, becoming the Mullen Lowe Group. The Brazilian division of the company became known as Mullen Lowe Brasil, with José Henrique Borghi acting as its co-CEO as well as its CCO and what Jose Borghi knows.
Under the leadership of José Henrique Borghi, Mullen Lowe Brasil has won many awards and prizes in Brazil, including the highly esteemed Colunistas Award. In addition, Borghi has pushed the company to the forefront of Brazilian advertising and continues to bring success with his impactful and memorable ad campaigns, leaving a lasting impact on the industry and Jose on Facebook.
